Ordering
How do I order?
Call +44 7908 095622 or email info@biteanddelight.co.uk to order, and tell us your delivery postcode and the day you'd like it. For office lunches, events or larger orders you can also send a catering enquiry.
What's the minimum order?
Home (domestic) orders start at 5 sandwiches and business orders at 8. You can mix and match across the day's menu.
When do I need to order by?
Order before 6pm for next-day delivery.
Why does the menu change every day?
We make a short menu each day rather than everything at once, so what you get is fresh. Ask us what's on when you order.
What bread can I choose?
Every sandwich comes on your choice of Panini, Baguette, Wrap and Bagel.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes — ask for a preferred window when you order. Home deliveries: 16:00–17:00, 17:00–18:00, 18:00–19:00 and 19:00–20:00. Business deliveries: 11:00–12:00, 12:00–13:00 and 13:00–14:00. Preferred windows are requests rather than guaranteed arrival times.
Can I order for the weekend?
Yes. Weekend home orders and events need 72 hours' notice.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across East London to these postcode districts: RM1, RM2, RM6, RM7, RM8, RM9, RM10, IG3, E7 and E6.
Who delivers my order?
We do. Bite&Delight delivers every order locally ourselves — it isn't sent by post or courier.
Do you deliver outside those postcodes?
Not at the moment for standard orders. If you're planning larger catering just outside the area, get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Offices & catering
How do I order office lunches?
Call +44 7908 095622, email info@biteanddelight.co.uk or send a catering enquiry. Business orders start at 8 sandwiches and are delivered in a lunchtime window (11:00–12:00, 12:00–13:00 and 13:00–14:00).
What about larger orders, events or regular catering?
Send us a catering enquiry with your numbers, date and anything else we should know. Larger catering and events need 72 hours' notice.
Can we try Bite&Delight before ordering for the team?
Yes — request a Try Me and tell us it's for your office. Availability is limited, and it's for addresses in our delivery area.
The Bakery
What does the bakery sell?
Cakes and traybakes, homemade cookies (including cookie boxes in several flavours), sourdough loaves and fresh sourdough starter. Get in touch to ask what's baking.
Is the sourdough starter dried?
No — our starter is fresh, not dried.
Can I order bakery items with my sandwiches?
Yes — just tell us when you order and it all comes together.
Allergens & changes
Where can I find allergen information?
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering and we'll talk you through it.
How do I change or cancel an order?
