Orders

When you order by phone or email, the details you give us (such as your name, delivery address, contact details and order) are used to fulfil and deliver your order.

Enquiries, Try Me requests and messages

When you use our contact, catering enquiry or Try Me forms, we store the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone, company, postcode or address, and your message) so we can reply and, for Try Me, arrange delivery. They are kept in a database hosted on Cloudflare and, if enabled, emailed to our inbox.

Security and anti-spam

To prevent abuse of our forms we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the submitting IP address rather than the address itself.
